Terms of Use

These Terms are a practical safety layer for Core Spectrum and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before a large public commercial launch, institutional contract or regulated clinical deployment.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, logging in or using Core Spectrum, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

Core Spectrum provides structured worksheets, case organization, planning tools, collaboration tools, reports, progress monitoring and AI-assisted professional support for education, therapy and developmental work.

3. Professional support only

Core Spectrum is a professional workflow and clinical support system. It supports documentation, reasoning, intervention planning and review, but it does not make final clinical, educational or therapeutic decisions.

Final decisions always remain the responsibility of the qualified professional, the treating team, the institution and the multidisciplinary team using the service.

4. Not medical, diagnostic, legal or emergency advice

Core Spectrum does not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, does not prescribe treatment, does not replace clinical evaluation, does not provide legal advice and is not an emergency or safeguarding service.

Core Spectrum is not intended to be used as a standalone medical device or as the sole basis for diagnosis, treatment, school placement, legal rights, benefit eligibility or any other decision that may significantly affect a child or family.

If there is regression, self-injury, seizure concern, pain, severe sleep or feeding difficulty, abuse concern, crisis or any safety issue, users must follow their professional, medical, institutional and safeguarding procedures immediately.

5. User responsibility

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter.
• You must have consent or another lawful basis before entering identifiable child, family, school or clinical information.
• You must use the minimum necessary personal data and avoid entering full names, addresses, bank details, unnecessary medical identifiers or other excessive information.
• You must protect your account and not share passwords or verification codes.
• You must not use the app to harm, harass, discriminate, mislead or violate rights of others.
• You must review every generated session, report, recommendation and Core Clinical Engine insight before using it in professional work.

6. Accounts and access

Access requires login and, for full features, an active subscription or owner-approved manual access. Core Spectrum may suspend or remove access for misuse, non-payment, security risk or legal concerns.

7. Subscription and manual payments

Plans, prices and access levels are shown in the app. Where card payment is not available, manual bank transfer may be used. Manual access starts only after owner approval and may be limited by date.

8. Collaboration and institutional use

When you invite another person, you confirm that the invitee is allowed to see the case information you share. You remain responsible for role choices, access level and whether the invited person has a valid professional, parental, institutional or legal reason to view the information.

Schools, clinics, centers and organizations may need their own Data Processing Agreement, consent flow, staff policies, confidentiality obligations and local compliance review before using Core Spectrum with identifiable child or clinical records.

9. AI features and Core Clinical Engine

AI-generated content, Core Clinical Engine outputs, method validation, risk labels, generated sessions and progress interpretations may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are decision-support outputs, not final decisions.

Users must review, adapt and approve outputs using professional judgment, direct observation, family/team input and applicable clinical, educational and institutional standards.

Do not enter unnecessary identifying or highly sensitive details into AI prompts. Core Spectrum attempts to minimize and redact sensitive data before AI processing, but users remain responsible for the information they provide.

10. Data protection and lawful basis

Users are responsible for having the required consent, professional authorization or other lawful basis before entering, sharing or exporting personal data. Where child, health, disability, education or therapy information is involved, stricter data protection rules may apply.

Users must respect data minimization, confidentiality, access control, retention, export/delete rights and any local professional rules that apply to their work.

11. Intellectual property

Core Spectrum, its structure, text, workflows, worksheets, interface and brand belong to Core Spectrum/Ardit Ibishi unless otherwise stated. Users may use generated outputs and their own entered content for their professional work, but may not copy, resell or redistribute the app as a competing product.

12. User content

You retain responsibility for content you enter. You grant Core Spectrum the limited permission needed to store, process, display and transmit that content for the service.

13. Availability

Core Spectrum is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. Downtime, maintenance, provider outages or feature changes may happen.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Core Spectrum is not liable for indirect damages, professional decisions made by users, loss of data caused by user action, or misuse of the service. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

15. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Core Spectrum may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if payment/access requirements are not met.
