Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is a practical customer-facing policy and should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before large public commercial launch.

1. General rule

Core Spectrum is a digital subscription service. Payments cover access to the platform, workflow tools, cloud features and support for the selected access period.

2. Manual bank transfer

For manual bank transfer, access is activated after owner confirmation. If payment is received but access is not activated because of a technical or administrative issue, contact arditibishi02@gmail.com and we will either activate access or review a refund.

3. Subscription cancellations

If card subscriptions are enabled, cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid period generally remains active until its end unless required otherwise by applicable law or a specific written agreement.

4. Refund window

Refund requests should be sent within 7 days of payment. Include the account email, plan, payment date, amount and reason. Refunds are reviewed case by case.

5. When refunds may be approved

Duplicate payment.
Payment made but no access was activated.
Technical issue that prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved in a reasonable time.
Wrong plan activated by mistake.

6. When refunds may be refused

The paid access period was substantially used.
The request is made after the refund window without a strong reason.
The account was suspended for misuse or violation of the Terms.
The user changed their mind after receiving access and using the product.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed through the original method when possible. Bank transfer refunds may require banking details and may take several business days depending on banks and countries involved.

8. Consumer rights

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country. If local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
